Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): EVV is an electronic system used to record is an electronic system used to record when caregivers begin and end providing care. All non live-in caregivers must use EVV for each visit. The Delaware Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DMMA) announced EVV will NOT launch July 1, 2021. DMMA decided to discontinue its relationship with Fiserv and is currently in the process of identifying a new EVV vendor. To learn more about EVV, please visit our EVV resources page.
